Terrific customer service!! I had problems with the art work and Marcy was a HUGE help in getting things they way I wanted them ~ even though I made changes a few times! Shipping was fast ~ The artwork on the t-shirt was fabulous and I would gladly order again as well as tell my friends to order from ClassB. Thanks for making my Family Reunion so special!

The service was excellent...I received my order on time and as promise...Customer service is a big deal to me and with this company they did over and beyond by contacting me a few times to over look order before final processing, informing me when my order was shipped, and contacting me afterwards once order was received to ensure everything was correct...I received Thank You Cards and a Teddy Bear...More companies need to take the time to show their customers just how much they appreciate their business...It does matter and it helps build a long term business partnership...

ClassB was very helpful in quick response even to the mistake I made in the typing of my Email address to ensure i would be able to view all the communications from the artist proof to tracking my shipment ect.
I was pleasantly surprised that ClassB was located in Zepryhills Fl where I attended school as a kid.

I was very happy with my experience with ClassB. From the artwork to the delivery, the staff was professional and helpful. They always emailed to check on things, and were more than willing to switch my order to accomodate me when I had a change. I would defintiely order from ClassB again.
