I am very satisfied with the service your company provided. Although there was a miscommunication about the acceptance of the order, the artist worked on the problem immediately and was promised to get the shirts to us in time for our Blue and Gold Banquet with a rush order even going in on a weekend to get the order sent because the machines has broken down. BRAVO to your company and its service. The scouts from Pack 32 and Pack 33 love their shirts and we will be wearing them to the pinewood derby coming up in a few weeks. I truly appreciate ClassB.com buisness ethics. Everyone was wonderful, very polite, sincere and patient.
We ordered tshirts for our cubscout pack, we printed their contest design sheet and handed them out to our scouts to have them come up with a design. One of our tiger cubs won the contest, due to problems on my end I could not at first send a copy of the actual design, so I had to explain what we wanted, Charlotte our artist was wonderful, she did her best to create our design, I kept having to make little changes which may have seemed mundane and tedious to most people, but Charlotte was extremely patient and sincerely seemed to want to please me, we even talked on the phone, finally the design was exactly as our little scout created. However I couldn't right away approve the work because we wanted to get more orders, and even then she was patient.
Robert was also wonderful, he too was very kind and patient, he helped me to add to my order and get everything situated.
Overall my experience was fabulous and I recommend classB.com to all scouts and anyone needing tshirts or caps or anything else.
