What a GREAT experience! The artist worked with me to develop a very appealing design (the jpeg I had wouldn't work, so she created one that would from scratch--and the cost for that design work was included in the regular price). Everyone with whom I dealt was extremely friendly and helpful. THIS is what customer service should be at every company.

We ordered our shirts with glow in the dark and white lettering. Someone in art called and said we could delete the white since he uses it as a base for the g i t d. This call saved us $60 on our order. Most companies would not have said anything and kept the extra $$. I highly recommend class b.com

The design process was very easy and I was in constant communication with the staff all along the way to make sure I wasn't encountering any problems. Once the design was set, the staff was very adept at keeping the process moving along with gentle reminders to me for design approval. Requested changes to the artwork were completed almost instantaneously. I approved the design of my t-shirts on April 8 and received them on April 21, less than 2 weeks later! The shirts were high quality and the artwork was beautiful! We've already gotten several inquiries about where we got them. We will definitely order from ClassB again!
