I have ordered t-shirts from ClassB for our Venturing Crew and for our group that attended Sea Base Florida. Both times the customer service has far exceeded my expectations. The first time, there was a problem with processing my credit card payment, but the order was being processed anyway, even before the payment was finalized. The second time I ordered the Sea Base t-shirts, and because I was not able to get the order done sooner, I had to order the rush shipping for them so we would have them for travel. I was a little worried that they would not get here in time, especially since production of our shirts was delayed while I was discussing some things with our artist. I was so happy when the shirts arrived before our promised delivery date! Thank you all for such great customer experiences.

We ordered T-Shirts for our family reunion and they turned out fantastic! The color we chose looked great on everyone and everyone loved the artwork and the shirts! They were a definite hit! What a great experience! I thought this would be a stressful undertaking, but it was easy. The staff answered my questions, made a design and emailed the number to us, and even had us approve everything when we were done. They were in contact with us all the way. I loved knowing that these shirts were going to be exactly right when they arrived. The shipping time was much faster than they quoted too, even at the holidays, which helped get them distributed quickly.

What a great purchase! I designed a personalized shirt for my Girl Scout Brownie Troop using one of the base designs as a jumping off point; the design was so easy to customize, I could even change the font, shape, location of design elements on the shirt. I made 3 or 4 different designs and the process was so easy, I had a hard time choosing just one! Processing and shipping were superfast as well. I received a thank you note in the mail, and email communications to keep me updated on my order. When the box arrived, there was a little surprise stuffed mascot in with the shirts (who is now our Troop Mascot!), as well as an itemized checkoff list, and a neat little step by step sheet to make sorting and delivery easy for the young girls in my Troop. All in all, a fantastic purchase, and I'm certain I will be ordering from ClassB again!
