Using your site to design and order 240 t-shirts for our family reunion was one of the easiest things I've done. Planning a reunion this size is difficult. Your website made designing, ordering, and receiving our t-shirts as easy as 1,2,3. It was quick, your team was very helpful in getting my order confirmed and verified. You left no room for error. Also, offering free shipping was HUGE...!! There were a number of sizes that fit everyone in the family from infants to 5X.

I have to tell you that I am a connoisseur of good service and your company is the finest example of a well organized, customer and quality focused organization that I've encountered in a very long time.

I was a quality improvement process facilitator at a large multinational corporation several years ago and their quality statement was "We will meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internal and external, the first time and every time." You have certainly accomplished the external part and judging from my contact with your artist, customer service, and shipping folks, I suspect you take care of internal customers just as well. Your follow-up is exceptional.

We were completely satisfied with the shirts for our troop. We paid virtually the same price to our local vendor and only got an emblem over the left pocket area. The boys were very excited when we passed them out. Also, ordering was easy and shipping was very prompt.

It was great to see how simple ClassB is to use. ClassB offers simple pricing policies and hundreds of different designs to fit every budget. Unlike other places I considered, there are no set up fees, no artwork fees, and no shipping charges. It made ordering for a larger group simple with no hidden fees to surprise you or your group.
