The online experience was easy and accurate and follow through by your team was excellent! Reasonable pricing structure and it definitely was a benefit to have shipping included in the overall costs - especially here in Hawaii where we're often "penalized" with an additional fee. I absolutely loved the customer service provided by ClassB.com. The initial followup on the order, the communication about the artwork, the followup of the order shipping. They actually sent a card with their business card thanking us for the order. Then we got a personal e-mail from our rep asking if our order was what we were expecting. I know they are ClassB.com, but in my book they are a Class A organization.

Please make and ship t-shirts more quickly, other shops give me t-shirts more shorten time. I didn't use my original design, I chose already premaide design in your catalog, and this order was reodered same design as last order. Also other companies give me free shipping from 4 to 6days. Your shipping fee is too expensive.
