I’m with a school, government, or non-profit organization, can I get a discount?

Can I use the artwork from my order on my website/newsletter/flyer?
September 10, 2010

Yes, in many cases you can! You can use the image posted online (as part of the artwork approval) for practically anything. However, If your image contains a licensed image or property from any other company or organization then you must get permission from them to use the image for your website/newsletter/flyer. Having permission to reproduce images that are copy written or trademarked on your t-shirt order does not grant permission for any other use.  Always check with us or the copy write or trademark holder for more information. Many customers like to post the artwork on their website or put the artwork on a flyer to promote the resale of the product. You are allowed to use the proof artwork to do those things. It’s important to note that we retain all rights and ownership of our original artwork and designs. We retain ownership and all rights to our original artwork because our experience provides the best means of protecting your designs. If the artwork we produced is stolen by a third party, you’ll have a knowledgeable ally with a vested interest in helping you to protect the artwork.  If you think your usage of the art may infringe on this, just give us a call and we’ll discuss your needs.

Can I have my screen? Do I own my screen?
September 10, 2010

Your design will be screen printed using modern aluminum retensionable frames. The screen is tightened each run for the highest quality print. Your design is placed in the metal frame, your shirts are printed, and then your design is immediately removed.  Typically each frame is used 3-4 times per week.

The traditional screen printing method of putting your design in a wooden frame is not used by our shop. Wooden frames allow the quality of the print to worsen between the first shirt printed and the last shirt printed.

This method of using a small number of aluminum screens versus wooden screens also saves space, cost and trees. This removes the need for us to charge you any kind of screen charges and ensures that reorders look just as great as the initial order.

Will the printED design crack or break apart?
September 10, 2010

Cracking, weathering, fading, and other changes to the ink film can happen over the life span of the shirt.

We find that the heavier deposits of ink required for a vibrant print on dark shirts will show this condition sooner than a thin layer of dark ink.

While there is very little that can be done to completely prevent this effect, we recommend careful laundry procedures to extend the life of the garment.

1.  Wash in cold water with the shirt turned inside out.
2.  Wash with similar colors and fabrics.  Avoid washing t-shirts with heavy jeans.
3.  Hang dry for maximum life.
4. Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.
5. Do not iron the design!

Because it’s impossible to control how people wash their clothes, cracking of light inks on dark shirts should be expected.

Will the printed design wash off or fade?
September 10, 2010

Your design will not wash off or fade. We only use high quality inks and finely tuned methods to produce durable imprints.

Proper laundry procedures are important to extend the life of the print.  We recommend:

T-shirt Hem Coming Out? Here’s What To Do
August 17, 2010

Here at ClassB, we always strive to give our customers top-quality custom t-shirts along with the best possible customer service. In fact, we go above and beyond to exercise exceptional quality control procedures several times throughout the creation and production of your t-shirts. Unfortunately, there are times when even the most stringent quality control standards cannot prevent particular issues from occurring.

Over the past year, a very small number of our customers have reported a problem that occurred with a few of the t-shirts in their order. The problem is the bottom hem comes undone after the first washing. This happens because the lock stitch was not sewn correctly in the t-shirt manufacturing process.

We informed Gildan right away and they are aware of the issue. They traced it back to the machine that was causing the problem and repaired it. Gildan said that this type of problem rarely happens and only a small percentage of affected shirts made it past their inspectors. Less than 1 in 1,000 shirts were affected by this problem but we’re still taking it seriously.

If this happens to any of the shirts in your order, we have a few solutions to offer:
  1. Send us the affected t-shirt and we will repair the hem. This is free and turnaround will be 2 days plus shipping time. This is the fastest way to get a properly hemmed shirt. Our professional seamstress will use an industrial sewing machine to restitch the hem. All shipping expenses in this case will be paid by ClassB.
  2. If we cannot repair the damage, we will replace or refund the cost of the damaged shirt(s).
This can happen to any stitch on your t-shirt, like on the sleeve or collar. These are extremely rare but we will deal with them in the same way, by fixing it for you. For the few customers who have experienced this problem, we sincerely apologize.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you happen to receive one of these t-shirts, please let us know ASAP so we can make things right.
