Council Pricing
Councils get discount pricing off our standard pricing on every order placed with an official council purchase order. That includes orders for districts, camps, and council events.
With your first order, send a copy of the council purchase order so we can set up your council account. After that, a PO with each order is all we need. Why do we ask? It protects the council from well-meaning volunteers who may not know the council’s purchasing procedures.

Council FAQ
How does council pricing work?
Council pricing is a discount off our standard pricing, and it applies to orders placed with an official council purchase order. Your first order sets up the council account; after that, send a PO with each order. Call 1-321-252-7727 for a quote on your event.
Can volunteers or districts get council pricing?
Yes, when the order is placed on an official council purchase order. District events and camp orders qualify. Orders paid by a volunteer or unit use our standard Scouting pricing, which already includes free design help and no setup fees.
How many should we order for an event?
Only what’s been sold. Event and camp shirts sell poorly at the event itself, and councils often get stuck with leftovers. We recommend selling shirts and patches with registration, then ordering to those numbers. A few extras make sense only when the next price break makes them nearly free. For camps, a camp webstore removes the guesswork.
How far ahead should we order?
Tell us your in-hand date first and we’ll plan backward from it. Most patch orders arrive in 4–5 weeks, including artwork approval. Fully custom designs or a sewn sample can add 1–2 weeks, and early summer runs longer. Rush options are available.
Do you design the artwork?
Yes. Councils get full art services at no charge on shirts, patches, and other custom products. Start from one of our design ideas or send us your council or event logo, and you’ll approve a proof before anything is made.
Are your products officially licensed?
Yes. ClassB has been an Official Scouting America Licensee since 2006 and has earned the Scouting America Quality Licensee award every year since 2007. We know the Scouting America marks and make sure they’re used correctly on your council’s products.
