World Jamboree Design Rules
There are restrictions on what can appear on World Jamboree contingent items, so many designs from past Jamborees can’t be made as shown. Tell us you’re ordering for the World Jamboree, and we’ll build your patches and shirts to the current specifications before anything goes to proof.

Orders placed through your council on an official council purchase order get council pricing, a discount off our standard pricing. Send a copy of the council purchase order with your first order. Units can also order on their own.
World Jamboree Contingent FAQ
What can go on World Jamboree contingent items?
World Jamboree items have restrictions on logos and what can appear on them, so many designs from past Jamborees can’t be made as shown. Tell us you’re ordering for the World Jamboree and we’ll keep your patches and shirts within the current specifications.
Do you sell official World Jamboree merchandise?
No. Official World Scout Jamboree merchandise comes from the event organizers. We make custom patches, shirts, and gear for units and councils sending Scouts to the Jamboree.
How far ahead should we order?
Start your patches at least 6–8 weeks before you need them, because patch design approvals take the most time. Shirts are quicker and follow the patch design. Plan to have everything in hand before your last meeting before departure.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Councils get full art services at no charge. We’ll design your patches and matching apparel, and you approve an online proof before anything is made.
How does council pricing work?
Orders placed through your council on an official council purchase order get council pricing. Send a copy of the PO with your first order so we can set up the account. More on council pricing.
What’s the minimum for patches?
50 patches per design. If your unit makes a set, each patch in the set is its own design.
