Frequently Asked Questions

We have a small unit, can we get just a few shirts?
September 10, 2010

Yes, you can order as few as one shirt!

We offer digital printing for as few as 1 piece and screen printing for as few as 6 pieces.

Pricing can be found for each process by clicking the Screen Printing or Digital Printing tab as your decoration method.

Will the shirts shrink?
September 10, 2010

Yes, but you won’t notice!

All cotton (even pre-shrunk cotton) continue to shrink when washed. Our 50% cotton / 50% polyester shirts shrink about 1-2% and our 100% cotton shirts shrink from 3-5%. The 100% shirts you order are slightly larger to account for this so you don’t need to change how you order. (Don’t expect any shirt to shrink a full size!)

Our number 1 seller is the  100% cotton shirts (B110) for its double stitching, bigger size availability, vibrant colors, and comfortable wear.

Can I use particular ink colors on some of my garments and other colors of inks on the rest?
September 10, 2010

No, the ink color(s) must stay the same for a single order.

We can print your design on different colors of shirts as long as the ink color remains the same. You can still separate the leaders from the pack members or the captains from the players!

If you need some shirts to have Royal Blue ink and some shirts to have Gold ink, we consider those two completely separate orders. Those two orders can not be combined for quantity discounts.

Can I mix different styles and colors of garments for screen printing?
September 10, 2010

Yes, you can mix styles, and colors in any amounts, as long as the ink color(s), ink type, and design remain the same.

You are not required to order garments in even dozens, by size, style or color. You can mix and match as few as one each of a particular style and color. The total number of garments will determine your quantity pricing for each item. For example, if you ordered the mix of shirts below, each item would be priced at the 40 piece price break for each type of garment:

25 Adult Large, 10 Adult Medium Royal Blue t-shirts 2 Youth Large, 2 Adult 3X Large Navy Blue crew-neck sweatshirts 1 Adult Small Black long sleeve t-shirt

It is good to order similar garments colors because the ink color(s) will react differently on different styles and colors of garments. The 100% cotton garments will make the ink look brighter than on the 50/50 blend garments.

We will not be able change the ink color for the different style of garments, for example, if you need some shirts to have Royal Blue ink and some shirts to have a a Gold ink, we consider those two completely separate orders. Those two orders cannot be combined for quantity discounts.

How much time do I have to approve my artwork without delaying my order?
September 10, 2010

Your proof should be approved as soon as possible!

When you need to make changes or adjustments, it may take our artist up to one business day to make that change for our Standard Service. If your art has not been approved within 3 business days of the order date, your order may be delayed.

For Rush orders, your artwork is usually available the same day you place your order, and should be approved within one business day so your order will not get delayed.

Reorders using the same design from a past order do not go through a proofing process.  We use the same art file from the previous order so you can be sure the art will match!

Many of our repeat customers enjoy the opportunity to work with our experienced art department and will order early (by a week or more) so that exploring different ideas won’t delay their order. If you’d like to be able to see different ways of interpreting your artwork, you should order early, we’d love to work with you!
