I needed a bit of hand-holding with my order. We did a design competition with our Pack and ClassB staff made sure I had all the info I needed to give to the parents so everyone was able to get on the site and easily prepare their design and then share it with the rest of the Pack. I called multiple times and the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Shipment went great - the order arrived early, just in time for our spring pack overnighter. There was even a little surprise in the box that my two year future girl scout ended up with.

The custom embroidered patch work is outstanding! Simply sent in a scanned image of a troop neckerchief patch and the new one looks better then the original.

What a great surprise to open the box and find the adorable plush tiger in his Class B t-shirt right on top! I can't wait to take him to our next 4-H club meeting (when the new members will receive their club t-shirts), the kids will love him! He will probably become their mascot and will sit on the officer's table at each meeting! Thank you for the special, extra mile that you go for your customers!

The customer service you receive from Class B is world class. They keep you in the loop the entire order process. Artwork is checked and rechecked to meet your request. If you are on the fence about ordering, just do it. You will not be disappointed.
