Can I send you my personal garments to get printed or embroidered?
December 16, 2010

Unfortunately, we are unable to print on customer supplied garments for two reasons.

Our production process is designed for garments with specific dyes, sizing chemicals, and fabric.  Products that are not compatible can have printing problems that do not reveal themselves until the ink is cured.

There is a chance of spoilage during the press run.  When we use our product, we are able to replace any damaged product without delay.

We offer a wide variety of products, sizes, and colors.  Call us if you have a particular product in mind.

Can I buy blank garments?

Will the screen printed design crack or break apart?
September 10, 2010

Cracking, weathering, fading, and other changes to the ink film can happen over the life span of the shirt.

We find that the heavier deposits of ink required for a vibrant print on dark shirts will show this condition sooner than a thin layer of dark ink.

While there is very little that can be done to completely prevent this effect, we recommend careful laundry procedures to extend the life of the garment.

1.  Wash in cold water with the shirt turned inside out.
2.  Wash with similar colors and fabrics.  Avoid washing t-shirts with heavy jeans.
3.  Hang dry for maximum life.
4. Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.
5. Do not iron the design!

Because it’s impossible to control how people wash their clothes, cracking of light inks on dark shirts should be expected.

Will the screen printed design wash off or fade?
September 10, 2010

Your design will not wash off or fade. We only use high quality inks and finely tuned methods to produce durable imprints. The ink used to make the design is a liquid colored plastic (plastisol) which is baked after being printed on your shirts. This curing process makes the ink very durable and is actually more durable than cotton fibers. Your shirts will last a long time, the ink will last even longer.

Proper laundry procedures are important to extend the life of the print.  We recommend:
