Terrific experience! Jonah was a perfect gentleman on the phone; the art was quickly reviewed and improved; Jonah made great suggestions to improve my order for our Cub Scout Pack; and most importantly -- the final count was spot on. I very much appreciated the personal touches by the staff of Class B, both in sending a personal card and also indicating with their own handwritten initials that they personally reviewed our order.
