To start your order, we will need:

Sizes and colors

For all embroidery orders, provide a breakdown of sizes by color and style of product. It is not necessary to order garment sizes in even dozens.

The embroidered order worksheet has a section to make this simpler.

Payment

We require prepayment in full on all orders before any work begins. You may call us with credit card information (fast) or you can mail a check (slow).

We also accept corporate and institutional purchase orders. Purchase orders should be faxed to us at 1-888-744-1409 and an original MUST also be mailed to us.

Design specifications

For custom designs, describe the text and graphics you want in an e-mail or phone conversation and let our artists do the work for you, free of charge.

You can also submit final artwork or a sketch by email, fax, or mail. We accept all digital file formats. Providing digitizing files is unnecessary — you never pay a digitizing charge even for a new order!

Other embroidery companies pass on costs for stitch counts and digitizing fees to their customers. When you order from us, you won't see any extra hidden costs on your order. There are no digitizing fees, per stitch costs, or art fees!
