If we fail to meet these promises, you can return your order for a full refund. All we ask is you let us know there is a problem within 21 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be processed within three business days of us receiving your order and returned to you the same way your order was paid. We even cover your cost of return shipping (when you contact us, we'll discuss the best way to ship your order back to us).

The fine print. There is one situation where we cannot provide a refund. The good news is that it is easy to avoid. In the 30 years we've been doing this, we've found that telling you up front helps avoid this problems altogether.
Incorrect Details If the design details include incorrect information (like the wrong date or location of an event) and those details are part of the artwork you approved, we can't provide a refund. You can invite other members of your group to view your artwork to help double check every detail. Only you know which weekend your event is on. ;)
